WOW Exenet is a professional forum for knowledge sharing between individuals, businesses, associations and organizations.

Our goal is to promote diversity in the Danish business and thus contribute to growth and balance by:

  • Make women visible as candidates for executive positions and directorships
  • Voice ourselves in the political and social debate

WOW Exenet was established on the October the 1st 2005 by journalist, Mrs. Susanne Hoeck.

The purpose was to create the very platform that naturally emerges in many men’s career, but is relatively unknown for many women. A platform where you, through your relations, are able to create the exact career you aim for.

WOW Exenet’s everyday activities consist of the following:

  • To establish relations between the network’s members as well as the decision makers in the business and the political arena
  • To contribute to the members’ professional development through dialogue meetings, board seminars, conferences, mentorships etc.

WOW Exenet represents 300 Danish women in leading positions

WOW Exenet is cooperating with following organizations: DJØF, CfL, IDA, The Danish Ministry of Legacy, Dagbladet Børsen.

WOW Exenet is representing 250 companies ie: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nykredit, FIH Erhvervsbank, SAP, Telcon A/S, Merit Medical, DSB, Det Norske Veritas A/S, KPMG, Grundfos, Maersk Line, Novozymes.
